새로운 태양들 2026 《앎의 여정: 사랑, 흥, 유머 실천》

✸ 리셉션 당일(8/31) 전시는 오후 8시에 오픈합니다. 간단한 음료와 다과가 준비될 예정입니다.
2026년 6월부터 약 4개월 동안 여섯 명의 태양들(모윤서, 이반지하, 있다, 정혜정, 조호연, 한솔)과 네 명의 기획팀(김재아, 박가희, 박선재, 최태윤)은 캠프와 워크숍을 통해서 각자의 실천을 나누고 다시 바라보았습니다. 태양들의 기획으로 진행된 릴레이 형식의 오픈 스튜디오에서는 자연과 함께하는 경청, 과거 작업과 현재의 시간, 몸과 돌봄, 기록을 바라보는 작가 윤리, 머무름과 쉼, 가르침과 배움의 관계를 탐구하는 여섯 개의 실험과 실천들이 전시, 워크숍, 대화, 퍼포먼스, 낭독, 파티 등 다양한 형식으로 펼쳐졌습니다. 지금 여러분이 마주한 오픈 아카이브 전시는 그 여정에서 축적된 대화와 메모, 드로잉과 스케치, 실험의 흔적을 담고 있습니다. 태양들의 여정이 지금 어디에 와 있으며 앞으로 어디로 이어질 수 있을지를 함께 살펴보는 자리입니다. 우리는 예술적 실천이 배움의 자리가 되고, 배움이 다시 삶과 세계를 새롭게 바라보는 실천으로 이어지는 가능성을 실험하고자 합니다. 여기서 예술은 결과물에만 머무르지 않습니다. 사람들이 만나고 배우고 질문하고 변화하는 과정, 그리고 그것을 가능하게 하는 관계와 시간, 공간, 기록을 조직하는 방식까지 모두 예술의 일부입니다.

For about four months since June 2026, six fellows — Yunseo Alexis Moh, Ibanjiha, itta, Jeong Hye Jeong, Hoyeon Cho, Sol Han — and four members of the curatorial team — Gahee Park, Sunjae Park, Jaea Kim, Taeyoon Choi — participated in the camp and workshops, sharing and reflecting on their practices. The fellows led their own open studios, presented in relay format, covering a range of topics including deep listening with nature, past works and the sense of now, body and care, the ethics of an artist working with archives, pause and rest, and teaching and learning, which were presented as exhibitions, workshops, conversations, performances, readings, or parties. The Open Archive exhibition contains traces of conversations, memos, drawings, sketches, and experimentations from our journey. It is a chance to observe the fellows' journeys and where they may go. Experiment with an artistic practice becomes a space of learning, and learning that then becomes a practice for viewing life and the world anew. The artwork does not mean the outcome. The process in which participants convene, learn, question, and change — and the relations, time, and archives that enable that change — is all part of the artwork.
